Care
Rinse cloths in warm water without softener, and keep sprays away from lens edges that are already lifting. Anything that damages a coating is replaced by us.
Collection and delivery
Choose “Collected at Halden Optical” at checkout and nothing ships. We glaze the frame, hold it at the counter and write to you when it is ready.
Returns
Unopened accessories can come back within thirty days, with or without a receipt, as long as we sold it.
